Document Requirement
- Personal Particulars - Basic information such as HKID, contact method and address.
- Work Profile – Work experience, personal goals, and career planning.
- Application Statement – Explain the benefits brought by innovative technology training.
- Training Evidence – Training certificates, course outlines, proof of hours, etc.
Certificate Level
- Each submission can choose the certificate level based on the accumulated training hours.

Application Fee
- The application fee for each certificate is HKD $800.
- Each person can only submit one application per time.
- Full payment is required in each application before processing.
- Include administrative cost, electronic certificate and hardcopy certificate.
- If the application is rejected, all payment will be refunded in 30 days.
